Draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. This page says plainly how ScreenFoundry works today; it may change before ScreenFoundry leaves alpha.

Your files stay on your computer
The ScreenFoundry web app (app.screenfoundry.app) runs in your browser. The artwork you open, the films you make and your settings stay on your computer, in your browser. The web app does not send your files anywhere, and you don't need an account to use it.
When it uses the internet
The web app only talks to the internet when you choose to:
- Publish to MakerFoundry (File › Publish to MakerFoundry): it sends the SVG drawing you chose to MakerFoundry, as a private draft on your account. MakerFoundry's privacy policy covers it from there.
- Sign in to your Foundry Account: your sign-in goes to the Foundry Account service, run by SiteSentrix and covered by its privacy policy.
This website and the web app's hosting
This website sets no cookies of our own and has no analytics or tracking. Like any website, the companies that host it see visits as they happen: Cloudflare hosts screenfoundry.app, and GitHub hosts the web app.
